First thing first, I've got to give God the glory for letting us greet the morning. So I was looking at my personal Facebook page comments and my sister said on my pic which I took last evening Proverbs 31:10 and it got me thinking. Are all not trying to live a virtuous life! And isn't part of that working on our physical and spiritually health.
It give me an extra boost this morning for my stretching and I'm grateful God used my sister to remind me of what I'm striving to do!
