Seeing the Unseen and Becoming New!

I found an interesting blog that I have to share some of what was mentioned as it spoke volumes to me. This blog can be located here http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/sep2013/wadeb95-1.htm
By Wade Balzer, the title is "Time And Relative Dimensions In Space - aka. TARDIS - A prophetic look at Doctor Who."

Yes, I might know what you're thinking cause my God-sister said the same thing, "really Sheila, you're such a geek!" But here me out there really is some great fruit here, which we thought should be shared. I am not using all that was writing because I just don't think its needed to get the point. If you are not familiar with the Doctor Who world then I suggest searching google for more indepth information.

Mr. Balzer provides this: “The Doctor” from the BBC television show, Doctor Who, is a fictional character from the longest running Sci-Fi television series in history beginning its pilot episode on November 23, 1963.  This coming November will mark the 50th anniversary of the famous Sci-Fi show.  He is a humanoid alien from the planet Gallifrey and is the last of the “Time Lords” traveling through time and space in his time machine which he calls the TARDIS (Time and Relative Dimension(s) in Space). The reason that I am taking on this challenge to write about this is because while my children didn’t have any relationship with me nearly seven years, once my two oldest daughters came back in my life about a year ago, I found they were fans of the TV show.  Part of my way to connect with them was to watch the series together on Netflix when they came over.  They eventually moved in with me last November.  As I would watch the show with them, and I got more and more connected with them, I started noticing interesting parallels to the untranslated structure of the Bible. In other words, the fictional television series, Doctor Who, contains elements that parallel significant Biblical structure, some which is obvious, and some which is not so obvious.  The things which are not so obvious, are probably the most intriguing to me personally because it would be impossible for the writers to identify the structure of the Bible being ignorant of it.  The fact is, though they are ignorant of Biblical structure, they see it all around them, and naturally their creativity inevitably testifies of the God of the Bible."

ME - Mr. Balzer then goes into believing in the unseen, I mean really how CAN you believe someone telling you they can travel through time and space just on word only; I mean can you?

Luke 17:22  And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see [it].

The point I am making here is that the Frame of God’s Word being exposed demonstrates the finger of God.   You NEVER actually see the WIND, but you can SEE the WIND by what the WIND is DOING.  That is how you SEE God.   You MUST SEE God by what He is DOING!   When the Frame of the Word of God is exposed, you can see the glory of where God has been.

*  If The Doctor’s body is fatally wounded or dies, he has the ability to regenerate.

In the series, there has been 11 actors playing The Doctor over the 50 year time period.  This was actually proposed as a solution to recast the character with a younger actor when the actor playing the First Doctor was having health problems, and his ability to continue acting as the lead character was being questioned by producers.   The regeneration sequence is quite spectacular in the latest serials which with very little imagination would look like a “resurrection”.

There is only ONE TIME LORD that has demonstrated that ability.

John 11:25  Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

386 Verses from the End of the Bible  (Resurrection)
Rev 1:18   I [am] he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

Now for the “not-so-obvious”…   What I am about to point out is actually coming from a conversation that I started with my daughter when I started noticing some of the parallels to the Biblical structure.  It basically started as a question.   If you were to meet an actual “Time Lord” who can travel through space and time, what kind of proof could he offer that he was indeed a Time traveler?   Now considering that we are all adults and know the impossibility of time travel, we are also aware that anyone who claims that they are a “Time Lord” of a science fiction world, is either smoking dope or delusional.  So you can see the dilemma, that if indeed you were a “Time Lord”, it would be an impossible task to prove your identity except by resurrection.  Now… I am not talking about someone who dies and after some time recovers against medical odds.  That person, like Lazarus, will die again.  I am talking about a resurrection of the body into a new body that never dies.

Now if you consider that our bodies are temples made of “dirt”, and the Word of God is the “seed” that is living in us, then the Tree of Life is the Word of God that has become a mature tree within us bearing fruit.   As this tree grows, this “dirt” is the fertile soil that is transformed into the tree as the tree matures.  The dirt that has become part of the tree no longer has any resemblance of the dirt it once was.   If our spirit like that tree grows beyond the ability of the body to contain it, God will place our spirit in a body that is suitable for the continued growth of our spirit.   Since we have a limited lifespan, it would be rare that immortality would swallow up mortality.   It would even be further unlikely that the eternal would break through time leaving its evidence echoing through history.

Now…  I am going to propose that even though I am no different than any common human being, that being made in the image of God, that there are parts of my life that will be a reflection of the Word of God.  Likewise also, if you were to find your reflection in the Word of God, then you would also find your name written in Heaven.   Heaven is an invisible world all around you and in you that you cannot see, but the existence is demonstrable.   If God is the meticulous Numberer, then the evidence of the Kingdom of Heaven can be SEEN by measurement.

After reading this I had really no other words then, thank you Jesus and AMEN!

Silent by GSL

Silent by GSL

I am the wind

Or air
I will move around my enemies
Or move them with my strength
I am a Christan
Because he has risen!

Prayer Night by Elizabeth Feteau

So I wasn't able to make the call tonight, but I still want to share. Last week Thursday I attended a group meeting with 5 beautiful women around town. The group was to discuss this new book called "Radical" by David Platt. I haven't read it yet but OMG it got straight to the point ... So the question to ponder was, 'When you think of the word RADICAL, what picture comes to your mind and why?' ... I got the thinking and right away I thought of daring, taking risks, stepping out on faith, etc. I mean it really got me thinking above and beyond the normal things of what gets in the way of praising God. Was there a right and wrong way to praise Him? In the work book that we follow, it says the definition of Radical comes from the Latin word radicals  meaning, returning to root or proceeding...

How important is it to LOVE?

Did you know that the word love is used over 551 times in the NIV ( http://www.christianbiblereference.org/faq_WordCount.htm )?

Why is this? Well according to Jesus in :

Mark 12:29-31

New Living Translation (NLT)
29 Jesus replied, “The most important commandment is this: ‘Listen, O Israel! The Lord our God is the one and only Lord.30 And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.’[a] 31 The second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b] No other commandment is greater than these.”

***So according to Jesus, there is only one God, 2. We have got to love God with everything within us! 3. We need to love ourselves, love the life that we've got and embrace the person that we are in order to do #4. Which is to love others. Respect other peoples lives and their worth on this earth. They our on this earth for a reason, just as you!

***This is important information for us to know especially in the times we live; as it says in:

2 Timothy 3:1-4

New Living Translation (NLT)

The Dangers of the Last Days

You should know this, Timothy, that in the last days there will be very difficult times. For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred. They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control. They will be cruel and hate what is good. They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God.

***Its crazy how we take for granted the honest meaning of LOVE and hide it under glass like a prized possession but never really treasuring it! Whenever I feel the need to calm my thoughts, about a situation or a person; I read these verses:

1 Corinthians 13:12-13

The Message (MSG)
12 We don’t yet see things clearly. We’re squinting in a fog, peering through a mist. But it won’t be long before the weather clears and the sun shines bright! We’ll see it all then, see it all as clearly as God sees us, knowing him directly just as he knows us!
13 But for right now, until that completeness, we have three things to do to lead us toward that consummation: Trust steadily in God, hope unswervingly, love extravagantly. And the best of the three is love.

Beauty & the Beast within...

My Thoughts - Beauty can sometimes be curse when it gets in the way of your spiritual life. So many of us worry more about what we eat and how we work out but we have a hard time making time for Jesus.

Seekers United!

My Thoughts -

Going after what you want to win your game of life. You have to have the courage to go, after what you want in life. When things are not going well for you and you don't take control of your life and go out and make some changes; how can you always complain that nothing goes your way. Have the courage seek out your own golden snitch, and win your life back! AMEN

Movie - Harry Potter Sports - http://harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Quidditch

http://harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Seeker  - Seeker is a position in the wizarding sport of Quidditch. There is one Seeker per team. The goal of the Seeker is to catch the Golden Snitch. They play a crucial role in Quidditch, as a game does not end until the Seeker catches the Snitch. A team whose Seeker catches the Snitch receives 150 points, which almost always wins the match for that team. Seekers are generally the smallest and lightest players on a team, and there is a certain glamour attached to playing as a Seeker. Generally, the Seeker is also the most fouled player on the team.

Scripture -

Isaiah 55:6

The Message (MSG)
6-7 Seek God while he’s here to be found,
pray to him while he’s close at hand.
Let the wicked abandon their way of life
and the evil their way of thinking.
Let them come back to God, who is merciful,
come back to our God, who is lavish with forgiveness.

Proverbs of Anne Shirley

My Thoughts - the future, we all plan for it as if it is a guarantee that we will have one. However we never seem to live like today might just be your last. If we get tomorrow don't let yesterday's issues lead your tomorrows!

Movie - Anne of Avonlea

In the end of the film Anne learns a valuable lesson and she says “Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it.”

Scripture -

Proverbs 27:1

The Message (MSG)

You Don’t Know Tomorrow

27 Don’t brashly announce what you’re going to do tomorrow;
you don’t know the first thing about tomorrow.

My Lovely Jesus Christ

My Thoughts - Being able to take what little you got and making the best out of it. With Sam-soon, she was given less than a few hours to make a cake for and pastry job interview. She did not have time to go out and buy things, so she used what was at home. The cake was not pretty but it was made with honest love of baking and it was delicious and she got the job. With Christ he only had five small barley loaves and two small fishes; with that he was able to feed 5000!. Now of course he is Jesus but it was the lesson; of making due with what you've got with an honest love of who and what you are doing in life.

Tv Show -  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/My_Lovely_Sam_Soon  Kim Sam Soon (Kim Sun Ah) is a baker who has a talent in making pastries and cakes. On Christmas Eve, she caught her boyfriend, Min Hyun Woo (Lee Kyu Han), cheating on her and breaks up on the same night. On that same night, she accidentally went into the men's restroom and met Hyun Jin Hun (Hyun Bin), a somewhat callous fellow but sometimes considerate guy. By sheer coincidence, Jin Hun needs a baker for his restaurant Bon Appetit and Sam Soon is unemployed. Sam Soon is hired as the restaurant's chief baker and the two fights like cat and dog. Nevertheless, they started to have feeling for each other and Sam Soon agreed to post as Jin Hun's girlfriend so his mother would leave him alone. Things got complicated when Jin Hun's ex-girlfriend Yoo Hee Jin came back from the States intending to win him back.

Scripture -

John 6:1-15

The Message (MSG)

Bread and Fish for All

1-4 After this, Jesus went across the Sea of Galilee (some call it Tiberias). A huge crowd followed him, attracted by the miracles they had seen him do among the sick. When he got to the other side, he climbed a hill and sat down, surrounded by his disciples. It was nearly time for the Feast of Passover, kept annually by the Jews.
5-6 When Jesus looked out and saw that a large crowd had arrived, he said to Philip, “Where can we buy bread to feed these people?” He said this to stretch Philip’s faith. He already knew what he was going to do.
Philip answered, “Two hundred silver pieces wouldn’t be enough to buy bread for each person to get a piece.”
8-9 One of the disciples—it was Andrew, brother to Simon Peter—said, “There’s a little boy here who has five barley loaves and two fish. But that’s a drop in the bucket for a crowd like this.”
10-11 Jesus said, “Make the people sit down.” There was a nice carpet of green grass in this place. They sat down, about five thousand of them. Then Jesus took the bread and, having given thanks, gave it to those who were seated. He did the same with the fish. All ate as much as they wanted.
12-13 When the people had eaten their fill, he said to his disciples, “Gather the leftovers so nothing is wasted.” They went to work and filled twelve large baskets with leftovers from the five barley loaves.
14-15 The people realized that God was at work among them in what Jesus had just done. They said, “This is the Prophet for sure, God’s Prophet right here in Galilee!” Jesus saw that in their enthusiasm, they were about to grab him and make him king, so he slipped off and went back up the mountain to be by himself.

This song says,
If I can help somebody, as I pass along,
If I can cheer somebody, with a word or song,
If I can show somebody, how they’re traveling wrong,
Then my living shall not be in vain.
If I can do my duty, as a good man ought,
If I can bring back beauty, to a world up wrought,
If I can spread love’s message, as the Master taught,
Then my living shall not be in vain

Five Loaves and Two FIshes.
By Corrinne May.
A little boy of thirteen was on his way to school.
He heard a crowd of people laughing and he went to take a look.
Thousands were listening to the stories of one man.
He spoke with such wisdom, even the kids could understand.
The hours passed so quickly, the day turned to night.
Everyone was hungry but there was no food in sight.
The boy looked in his lunchbox at the little that he had.
He wasn't sure what good it'd do, there were thousands to be fed.
But he saw the twinkling eyes of Jesus.
The kindness in His smile.
And the boy cried out.
With the trust of a child.
he said:
"Take my five loaves and two fishes.
Do with it as you will.
I surrender
Take my fears and my inhibitions.
All my burdens, my ambitions.
You can use it all to feed them all".
I often think about that boy when I'm feeling small.
And I worry that the work I do means nothing at all.
But every single tear I cry is a diamond in His hands.
And every door that slams in my face, I will offer up in prayer.
So I'll give you every breath that I have.
Oh Lord, you can work miracles.
All that you need is my "Amen".
So take my five loaves and two fishes.
Do with it as you will.
I surrender
Take my fears and my inhibitions.
All my burdens, my ambitions.
You can use it all.
I hope it's not too small.
I trust in you.
I trust in you.
So take my five loaves and two fishes.
Do with it as you will.
I surrender
Take my fears and my inhibitions.
All my burdens, my ambitions.
You can use it all.
No gift is too small.

Mary of Magdala, The Alien among us!

My Thoughts -

Being an alien by choice and being one; for the teens in Roswell they actually were aliens but wanted to live like everybody else to fit in. Mary was made into an alien because she choose not to fit in and follow Jesus. Its about knowing that you are different and expecting that difference to allow to grow as a better person.

Tv Show - Roswell  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roswell_(TV_series)The series is based on the Roswell High young adult book series, written by Melinda Metz and edited by Laura J. Burns. The premise - Max Evans, his sister Isabel and their friend Michael Guerin appear to be human, but are in reality the survivors of the 1947 UFO crash known as the Roswell UFO incident. They are from the planet Antar. Upon emerging from stasis pods, they appeared to be 7-year-old orphaned humans. Max and Isabel are adopted by a loving pair of attorneys, the Evanses. Michael, who was not so lucky, entered the foster care system, bouncing from household to household with lots of families rejecting him.The aliens have special powers, including the ability to:

  • rearrange molecules (change objects, heal injuries).
  • "dreamwalk" (observe, participate in, and manipulate others' dreams).
  • sense each other's emotions from afar.
  • create psychic connections that allow the alien to see into another's mind.
  • perceive colorful halos or auras around humans that indicate emotional state.
Max, Isabel and Michael have successfully kept their true nature a secret for a decade. The series begins with the accidental shooting of Liz Ortecho, a human friend of Max's. He cannot bear to see her die and risks bringing attention to himself when he uses his powers to save her life. Liz is soon let in on the secret, as are her friends Maria DeLuca, Alex Manes, Jim Valenti and Kyle Valenti. The six teens quickly bond and learn to trust one another, and Max and Liz fall deeply in love, and Michael and Maria fall in love. Together the group fends off the suspicions of law enforcement, alien hunters, while seeking clues about the aliens' origins.

Scripture -  Luke 8:1-3
He continued according to plan, traveled to town after town, village after village, preaching God’s kingdom, spreading the Message. The Twelve were with him. There were also some women in their company who had been healed of various evil afflictions and illnesses: Mary, the one called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had gone out; Joanna, wife of Chuza, Herod’s manager; and Susanna—along with many others who used their considerable means to provide for the company.

Matthew 28:1-4
Risen from the Dead ] After the Sabbath, as the first light of the new week dawned, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to keep vigil at the tomb. Suddenly the earth reeled and rocked under their feet as God’s angel came down from heaven, came right up to where they were standing. He rolled back the stone and then sat on it. Shafts of lightning blazed from him. His garments shimmered snow-white. The guards at the tomb were scared to death. They were so frightened, they couldn’t move.

Mark 16:9-11
[After rising from the dead, Jesus appeared early on Sunday morning to Mary Magdalene, whom he had delivered from seven demons. She went to his former companions, now weeping and carrying on, and told them. When they heard her report that she had seen him alive and well, they didn't believe her.

Jesus and The Secret Garden

Film/Tv to Scripture

My Thoughts - Jesus and Mary Lennox, both were sad and both found a place to go to in their time of need; which was a garden. For Mary it was locating a key that lead her to her journey to a garden that was dead, like her hopes and dreams. For Jesus he is our key that leads us on the journey of life out of the darkness no hope and despair.

Jesus' sadness lead him to realize that love was what motivated him to keep going on; that was the love of others. For Mary it was showing the love that she had not received but was able to show to her cousin.

Movie - The Secret Garden  ( 1987 )  - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ssccR5FaGA  My fave verison is the 1993 here is a clip from the end - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJCvbFLtRB0

Summary of the story plot - Mary Lennox is a sour-faced 10-year-old girl, who is born in India to selfish wealthy British parents who had not wanted her and were too wrapped up in their own lives. She was taken care of primarily by servants, who pacified her as much as possible to keep her out of the way. Spoiled and with a temper, she is unaffectionate, angry, rude and obstinate. Later, there is a cholera epidemic which hits India and kills her mother, father and all the servants. She is discovered alone but alive after the house is empty. She is sent to Yorkshire, England to live with her uncle, Archibald Craven at his home called Misselthwaite Manor.

At first, Mary is her usual self, sour and rude, disliking her uncle's large house, the people within it, and most of all the vast stretch of moor, which seems scrubby and grey after the winter. She is told that she must stay confined to her two rooms and that nobody will bother much with her and she must amuse herself. Martha Sowerby, her good-natured maidservant, tells Mary a story of the late Mrs. Craven, and how she would spend hours in a private garden growing roses. Later, Mrs. Craven was killed in an accident, and Mr. Craven had the garden locked and the key buried. Mary is roused by this story and starts to soften her ill manner despite herself. Soon she begins to lose her disposition and gradually comes to enjoy the company of Martha, Ben Weatherstaff the gardener, and also that of a friendly robin redbreast to whom she attaches human qualities. Her appetite increases and she finds herself getting stronger as she plays by herself on the moor. Martha's mother buys Mary a skipping rope to encourage this, and she takes to it immediately. Mary's time is occupied by wondering about the secret garden and a strange crying sound that can sometimes be heard around the house which the servants ignore or deny.
Whilst exploring the gardens, Mary is alerted to some turned up soil by the inquisitive robin, and finds a key belonging to the locked garden. She chances to ask Martha for garden tools, which Martha has delivered by Dickon, her twelve-year-old brother. Mary and Dickon take a liking to each other, as Dickon has a soft way with animals and a good nature. Eager to absorb his gardening knowledge, Mary lets him into the secret of the garden, which he agrees to keep.
That night, Mary hears the crying again. She follows the noise and, to her surprise, finds a small boy her age, living in a hidden bedroom. His name is Colin and she discovers that they are cousins: he is the son of her uncle; his mother died when he was a baby, and he suffers from an unspecified problem with his spine. Mary visits every day that week, distracting him from his troubles with stories of the moor, of Dickon and his animals and of the garden. It is decided he needs fresh air and the secret garden, which Mary finally admits she has access to. Colin is put into his wheelchair and brought outside into the garden, the first time he's been outdoors in years.
While in the garden, the children are surprised to see Ben Weatherstaff looking over the wall on a ladder. Startled and angry to find the children there in his late mistress' (Colin's mother's) garden he admits he believed Colin to be a cripple. Colin stands up out of his chair to prove him wrong and finds that his legs are fine, though weak from not using them for a long time.
Colin spends every day in the garden, becoming stronger. The children conspire to keep Colin's health a secret so he can surprise his father, who is travelling and mourning over his late wife. As Colin's health improves, his father's mood does as well, and he has a dream of his wife calling him into the garden that makes him immediately pack his bags and head home. He walks the outer wall in memory but hears voices inside, finds the door unlocked and is shocked to see the garden in full bloom with children in it and his son running around. The servants watch as Mr. Craven walks back to the manor, and all are stunned that Colin runs beside him.
...What was this under her hands which was square and made of iron and which her finger found a hole in?
It was the lock of the door which had been closed ten years and she put her hand in her pocket, drew out the key and found it fitted the keyhole. She put the key in and turned it. It took two hands to turn it, but it did turn. And then she took a long breath and looked behind her up the long walk to see if anyone was coming. No one was coming. No one ever did it seemed, and she took another long breath, because she could not help it, and she held back the swinging curtain of ivy and pushed back the door that opened slowly – slowly. Then she slipped through it, and shut it behind her, and stood with her back against it, looking about her and breathing quite fast with excitement, and wonder, and delight.
She was standing inside the secret garden.[1]
— From author Frances Hodgson Burnett's The Secret Garden (1911)

Scripture -

Matthew 26:36-46

The Message (MSG)
36-38 Then Jesus went with them to a garden called Gethsemane and told his disciples, “Stay here while I go over there and pray.” Taking along Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, he plunged into an agonizing sorrow. Then he said, “This sorrow is crushing my life out. Stay here and keep vigil with me.”
39 Going a little ahead, he fell on his face, praying, “My Father, if there is any way, get me out of this. But please, not what I want. You, what do you want?”
40-41 When he came back to his disciples, he found them sound asleep. He said to Peter, “Can’t you stick it out with me a single hour? Stay alert; be in prayer so you don’t wander into temptation without even knowing you're in danger. There is a part of you that is eager, ready for anything in God. But there’s another part that’s as lazy as an old dog sleeping by the fire.”
42 He then left them a second time. Again he prayed, “My Father, if there is no other way than this, drinking this cup to the dregs, I’m ready. Do it your way.”
43-44 When he came back, he again found them sound asleep. They simply couldn't keep their eyes open. This time he let them sleep on, and went back a third time to pray, going over the same ground one last time.
45-46 When he came back the next time, he said, “Are you going to sleep on and make a night of it? My time is up, the Son of Man is about to be handed over to the hands of sinners. Get up! Let’s get going! My betrayer is here.”

Stardust - Heart's Desire

Something has been on my mind and its about how certain movies we watch can remind us of scripture. For the first week of October; I feel we are going to continue from last month of finding songs that relate to our love of christ, to movies!

Here is how it will work - watch a movie or remember one that you have seen and see what points of the film God reminds you of and let him lead you to scripture that relates, and share.

Here is an example - The movie "Stardust" from 2007 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stardust_(2007_film)

The main plot of the story is about a guy and a girl who met and fall in love. The boy's grandfather on his deathbed throws out into the nights sky a large ruby stone and it happens to hit a star; knocking it out of the sky. The star falls and it's the girl. In order to impress some other girl the boys sets off to find the fallen star not knowing its the girl.

Along the way, trying to get back to his home with the star girl, he finds his long lost thought to be dead mother, his uncles who want the stone which was picked up by the star so they could inherit the kingdom , some witches who want the star so they could stay young, and a cross dressing sky pirates.

In the end the star girl gives her heart to the boy and they ruled the grandfather's kingdom for 80 years.

Now, you are probably wondering what scripture I could have possibly found that has anything to do with anything in the bible; but I did!

“‘For here’s what I’m going to do: I’m going to take you out of these countries, gather you from all over, and bring you back to your own land. I’ll pour pure water over you and scrub you clean. I’ll give you a new heart, put a new spirit in you. I’ll remove the stone heart from your body and replace it with a heart that’s God-willed, not self-willed. I’ll put my Spirit in you and make it possible for you to do what I tell you and live by my commands. You’ll once again live in the land I gave your ancestors. You'll be my people! I’ll be your God!
Ezekiel 36:23-25

Ok so when you, or if you plan to see the film this will make a lot of sense.

  1. The boy was taken away from his land where he lived to go search for the star.
  2. His mother, his uncles and the witches came from all over
  3. The star girl had to take a bath and get washed clean
  4. She got a new heart when she fell in love with the boy
  5. Ruby Stone equals stone heart
  6. He returned to his grandfather's kingdom = land of his ancestors

So it is funny living in my mind! AMEN

How I feel today

Hello all I was just sitting here listening to some music, this song came on and all I though of was how I fell about God. My life is in a state of change I am not scared(as much) of getting hurt by life. I stand up for what I want and have the faith that God will would be done in my life. Faith of the Heart!

I love that by accepting christ's into my life I entered into a covenant with him; that I now have the ability to HOPE for a better life WITH christ. I have hope, and with hope I have faith to believe in the love of Jesus! AMEN!

Romans 5:1-5

The Voice (VOICE)
In God’s plan to restore a fallen and disfigured world, Abraham became the father of all of us, the agent of blessing to everyone. Jesus completes what God started centuries before when He established Abraham’s covenant family. Those who put faith in Jesus and call Him “Lord” become part of Abraham’s faith family. Because God is gracious, loving, and merciful, men and women from every corner of the earth are not only declared right, but ultimately are made right as well. It happens through God’s actions—not our efforts—in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus who was crucified for our misdeeds and raised to repair what has been wrong all along. So the promises of God made long years ago are being realized in men and women who hear the call of faith and answer “yes” to it.
Since we have been acquitted and made right through faith, we are able to experience true and lasting peace with God through our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One, the Liberating King. Jesus leads us into a place of radical grace where we are able to celebrate the hope of experiencing God’s glory. And that’s not all. We also celebrate in seasons of suffering because we know that when we suffer we develop endurance, which shapes our characters. When our characters are refined, we learn what it means to hope and anticipate God’s goodnessAnd hope will never fail to satisfy our deepest need because the Holy Spirit that was given to us has flooded our hearts with God’s love.

Song Selection:

It's been a long road
Getting from there to here
It's been a long time
But my time is finally near

And I can feel the change in the wind right now
Nothings in my way
And they're not gonna hold me down no more
No there not gonna hold me down

Cause I've got faith of the heart
I'm going where my heart will take me
I've got faith to believe
I can do anything
I've got strength of the soul
And no one's gonna bend or break me
I can reach any star
I've got faith
I've got faith
Faith of the heart

It's been a long night
Trying to find my way
Been through the darkness
Now I finally have my day
I will see my dream come alive at last
I will touch the sky
And they're not gonna hold me down no more
No there not gonna change my mind

Cause I've got faith of the heart
I'm going where my heart will take me
I've got faith to believe
I can do anything
I've got strength of the soul
And no one's gonna bend or break me
I can reach any star
I've got faith
Faith of the heart

I've known a wind so cold and seen the darkest days
But now the winds I feel are only winds of change
I've been through the fire and I've been through the rain
But I'll be fine

Cause I've got faith of the heart
I'm going where my heart will take me
I've got faith to believe
I can do anything
I've got strength of the soul
And no one's gonna bend or break me
I can reach any star
I've got faith
Faith of the heart

Faith of the heart
I'm going where my heart will take me
I've got faith to believe
That no one's gonna bend or break me
I can reach any star
I've got faith
I've got faith
Faith of the heart

Its been a long road

Everything's gonna Be alright!

Rise in the morning and be greeted by the father, son, and the holy spirit( three little birds ); telling you that your day is starting in peace cause they are with you, step on out the door the world is waiting for you!

Philippians 4:6-7

New Living Translation (NLT)
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

Three Little Birds
by Bob Marley

"Don't worry about a thing,

'Cause every little thing gonna be all right.
Singin': "Don't worry about a thing,
'Cause every little thing gonna be all right!"

Rise up this mornin',
Smiled with the risin' sun,
Three little birds
Pitch by my doorstep
Singin' sweet songs
Of melodies pure and true,
Sayin', ("This is my message to you-ou-ou:")

Singin': "Don't worry 'bout a thing,
'Cause every little thing gonna be all right."
Singin': "Don't worry (don't worry) 'bout a thing,
'Cause every little thing gonna be all right!"

Rise up this mornin',
Smiled with the risin' sun,
Three little birds
Pitch by my doorstep
Singin' sweet songs
Of melodies pure and true,
Sayin', "This is my message to you-ou-ou:"

Singin': "Don't worry about a thing, worry about a thing, oh!
Every little thing gonna be all right. Don't worry!"
Singin': "Don't worry about a thing" - I won't worry!
"'Cause every little thing gonna be all right."

Singin': "Don't worry about a thing,
'Cause every little thing gonna be alright" - I won't worry!
Singin': "Don't worry about a thing,
'Cause every little thing gonna be all right."

How I felt when I was saved and committed my life to Jesus

How I felt when I was saved and committed my life to Jesus

Come near to God and he will come near to you. James 4:8

Coming out of the dark
Songwriters: ESTEFAN, GLORIA M. / ESTEFAN, EMILIO JR. / SECADA, JON

Why be afraid if I'm not alone
Though life is never easy the rest in unkown
Up to now for me it's been hands against stone
Spent each and every moment
Searching for what to believe
(chorus)
Coming out of the dark, I finally see the light now
It's shinning on me
Coming out of the dark, I know the love that saved me
You're sharing with me

Starting again is part of the plan
And I'll be so much stronger holding your hand
Step by step I'll make it through I know I can
It may not make it easier but I have felt you
Near all the way

(repeat chorus)

Forever, forever I stand on the rock of your love
Forever I'll stand on the rock
Forever, forever I stand on the rock of your love
Love is all it takes, no matter what we face

(chorus out)
