day 2 of the diet was to ask ourselves why we tend to beat ourselves up first when anything remotely stressful comes along.
out of this lesson, the ladies and I took away Renee's AM( against me ) and FM( For me). How certain things we say about ourselves or how we initial feel are against the thoughts and faith that lay within our hearts and how God's love and word are all for us.
A scripture that was used and that stuck with me was:
1 Peter 2:9
9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation,a people for His possession, so that you may proclaim the praises of the One who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.
The lord is my light that leads me for staying with the negative thoughts that run in my mind!
